WHY  SAGE?

Here are some of the factors that we believe set us apart from our competitors.

Our Process -  We put an emphasis on this from day one.  We believe the added time and effort on the front end of our process is invaluable to having a successful project for everyone.  We may not be able to break ground as quickly as other contractors, but the end results and customer satisfaction are greatly enhanced by investing the time up front.

Our Contracts - Our contracts are fixed price.  That means that you and your banker know what to expect.  We utilize signed change orders for any modifications you want to make throughout the process.  Our contracts also include the specifications, details, and schedule to tie everything together.

Our Schedule - We create a custom schedule for your new home that is broken down into the various phases of construction.  It also includes important benchmarks and lets you know upfront when final decisions need to be made on colors and finishes.  This schedule is accessible 24/7 on your custom Sage Homes project web page.

Our Communication -

Our Attention to Detail -

Many factors that go into deciding on a contractor for your new home.  Choosing the right contractor is just as important as actually making the decision to build a new home in the first place.  While many home builders may build a quality home, there is a lot more that goes into the overall process that can determine if it will be an enjoyable experience or a stressful one.

Do you know exactly what you are getting before you break ground?

Do you know what your final cost will be?

Do you know what choices you need to make and when they need to be made by?

Do you know when you will be able to move in to your new home?

These are just a few of the questions you should be asking yourself when making this important decision.
